A trilingual (Cantonese, English and Mandarin) IT Professional with a solid 10+ years of work experience that evolves around customer support for both hardware and software from Apple devices to Window devices. Highly recognized for the ability to communicate and resolved issues in a timely manner. Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment while still delivering accurate, reliable and problem solving capabilities. A team player with the ability to work with or without supervision in a challenging environment.

Who Am I

Basically I am a Chinese Guyanese. I was born and raised in South America Guyana. Both of my parents are originally from mainland China. When I came to Canada with my parents. I was able to finish high school and then graduated from Centennial College. From this point on, I enter the working world and was able to expand my career goals. I started from data entry, refurbishing computers, retail sales/technician, information technology, point of sale support to finally back to information technology.

It validates that I have the skills qualified for both hardware and software technologies in the working world. I had to passed two exams. One is hardware that covers computer parts, mobile devices and networking skills. The second one is software that covers installing and configuring of both operating systems and mobile devices.

Deployed MAC Book Pro to senior executives and multi-boot it with MAC OSX and Windows XP/7. 
Upgraded chemist user’s PC (from Windows 2000 to Windows XP) by migrating all data over to the new PC.

Occasionally work on Apple MAC laptops and refurbish them to new.

Testing all return products from company except for fridges and refrigerators. 
Making sure all return products is in working order or else send to repair facilities. 
Wipe out all personal data from desktops and laptops if it is in working order.
